There are ten commercial air conditioning and heating units. Nine exhaust fans and two makeup air swamp coolers. If we were to include all of these sights on one contract the price to service four times a year is$5,200.00 which can be billed out at$1,300 per visit. There is a separate contract for each individual sight and if you total them the cost for the year is$5,720. The service is to include: • Replace Filters with 2" pleaded filters • Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks • Check operating pressures and temperatures • Check for proper operating voltage/amp draw • Test system safety devices • Lubricate moving parts as needed • Inspect the blower assembly • Check blower speed • Inspect the wiring and control circuit • Check thermostat operation • Check coil temperature drops • Check electrical connections • Cycle equipment to check for proper operation • Replace belts once a year • Drain and clean cooler once a visit • Give a written diagnostic report to finding. With this contract you will receive a 10% discount on all parts and labor other than the two scheduled maintenance - Is. They also have two exhaust fans and one makeup air swamp cooler. The price to service this equipment four times a year is $1,486.00 which can be billed out at$371.50 per visit. Picanah Pronto has one commercial air conditioning and heating unit. If it was added to this contract the cost will be an additional $438.00. The total cost would be $1,924.00 which can be billed out at$481.00 per visit.
