CORRECTIVE GRANT DEED
This CORRECTIVE GRANT DEED is made on April 11, 2018 between the SUCCESSOR
AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CATHEDRAL
CITY, a public body, corporate and politic, and CITY URBAN REVITALIZATION
CORPORATION, a California Non-Profit Corporation.
The parties to this Corrective Grant Deed caused the recordation of that certain"Grant Deed" in
the Riverside County Official Records on May 8, 2015, as Instrument No. 2015-0193827.
The sole purpose of this Corrective Grant Deed is to correct the Legal Description on the attached
corrected Exhibit"A."
