THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Grant Deed,
dated April 9, 2018 from the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, in its capacity under
Health and Safety Code Section 34176 as the successor to the housing assets and
functions of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Cathedral City,
GRANTOR , TO THE CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation,
GRANTEE, is hereby accepted by the Deputy City Clerk of said Agency on this 9111 day
of April, 2018, pursuant to authority granted by the City Council of said City, by Minute
Order No. 6909 made on the 14th day of March, 2018 and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by said a Deputized City Clerk, its duly-authorized officer.
