FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
ALEX T. ROCHA and BERNARDA A. ROCHA,
husband and wife as joint tenants, GRANTORS,
hereby GRANT to the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation, an
easement and right of way for public highway and public utility purposes, over, under,
across and through the East 8.00 feet of the North half of Lot 36 of Rancho Vista Estates,
as shown by Map filed in Book 21, at Page 79 of Maps, Records of Riverside County,
California.
If and when the City of Cathedral City should widen the west side of Date Palm Drive
across the frontage of the above described portion of Lot 36, the Grantors herein, their
successors and assigns, hereby permit the City to remove any wall or fence existing at
that time on the East line of the above East 8.00 feet of the North half of Lot 36, and that
the City shall not be responsible for replacement or relocation of such wall or fence.
