LIVE PERFORMANCE CONTRACT
The following shall constitute an agreement dated the day of July 11th, 2017,
between Ricardo Gutierrez Garcia, representing Los Tiranos del Norte, ("Artist")
and City of Cathedral City ("Promoter"), at 68700 Avenida Lab Guerrero,
Cathedral City, Ca 92234, with respect to the Promoter producing and promoting
a live performance by the Artist under the following terms
1. Event: Taste of Jalisco
2. Type of Event: Fair
3. Place or establishment: Civic Center Park
4. Location: 68700 Avenida Lab Guerrero, Cathedral City, Ca 92234.
5. Telephone: (760) 770-0340
6. Performance date: Saturday, February 10th, 2018
7. Performance time: To be determined
8. Performance Fee: $8,000 dlls. A deposit of $4,000 dlls must be made in
advance, to Ricardo Gutierrez Garcia, Wells Fargo account 573 704 2118.
The remaining $4,000 must be deposited to the manager, same bank
account, 2 days prior to the Artist's performance.
*Note:Any legal claim will be presented and defended according the California State law.
