GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
GABRIEL V. LECHUGA, SR. and PATRICIA LECHUGA,
Husband and Wife as Joint tenants,
hereby GRANT to the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement and right of way for public highway and public utility purposes, over, under,
across and through that portion of Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South,
Range 5 East,San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Cathedral City, County of Riverside,
State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B", which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
