2011, as Instrument 2011-0237117, in the records of Riverside County ("Lienholder's Lien"), covering the
property commonly known as 67300 Peineta Road, Cathedral City, CA 92234 (the "Property") and legally

LOT 461 OF TRACT 2122, IN THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
SHOWN BY MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 26 THROUGH 30 OF MAPS, RECORDS
OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF THE ALLEY (LOT) LYING ADJACENT TO THE
NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT AS ABANDONED BY THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, BY
RESOLUTION RECORDED AUGUST 25, 1981, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 161673, OF OFFICIAL
