Marilyn M. Jorgensen,Trustee of the Marilyn M. Jorgensen Separate Property Trust dated 12/17/1996
the original Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust,
Dated 07/20/2000 Recorded on 08/03/2000
as Instrument No. 2000-301702 ,Official Records of the County of Riverside
State of California and affecting that property more particularly described as follows(insert legal description):
The Easterly rectangular 100 feet of Lot 48 of Cathedral City, as per Map recorded in Book 13, at Pages 24, 25, and 26
of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California;

WHEREAS, the undersigned is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust and desires to substitute a new Trustee
under said Deed of Trust in place and instead of Palm Desert Escrow. Inc..
