GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
GRIT DEVELOPMENT, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company,
hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of an illuminated traffic
information sign, foundation, and appurtenances, over, under, across and through that
portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 20742, on file in Book 134, at Pages 74 through 77,
inclusive, of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, as more particularly
described in Exhibit"A", and depicted in Exhibit"B", which are attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
SUBJECT TO easements, encumbrances, covenants, conditions and restrictions of
record.

of California, on file in Book 134, Pages 74 through 77, of Parcel Maps, Records of said County,
California.
Also part of a Non-exclusive easements for ingress, egress, access and parking as described in the
Declaration of Easements and Establishment of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, dated July
10, 1983 and recorded May 8, 1986 as Instrument No. 105982 and re-recorded June 20, 1988 as
Instrument No. 168593 of Official Records of Riverside County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Parcel 2; thence North 55°27'58"West, 172.38 feet,
along the northeasterly line of said Parcel 2 to the Point of Beginning;thence South 34°32'02"West,
4.50 feet; thence North 55°27'58" West, 10.00 feet, along a line that is parallel with 4.50 feet

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Grant of
Easement from Grit Development, LLC, a California limited liability
company, Grantor, signed on August 29, 2023, to the City of Cathedral City, a
Municipal Corporation, Grantee, for an easement for an illuminated traffic
information sign, is hereby accepted by the City Clerk of said City on this

City Council of said City, by Resolution No. 82-13, made on the 3rd day of
