This Temporary Construction Easement shall extend for a period of one year after the date of recordation of this Instrument, unless terminated earlier by written notice from Grantee to Grantor, or extended by written permission from Grantor. Upon completion of the construction of the traffic advisory sign, Grantee shall restore the area covered by the construction easement to its original condition, as far as is reasonably possible, and shall take all reasonable measures during construction of the sign to minimize any interference with any and all commercial activities, customer or visitor parking, and pedestrian use on the Grantee's adjoining and surrounding property. Grantee shall at all times during construction of the sign keep the construction area in a safe and hazard free condition and provide barricades,warning signs and other appropriate devices to warn and protect the public.
