LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2023-544

An application for Lot Line Adjustment No. 2023-544, for the adjustment of property lines
between the following described two (2) adjoining parcels located in the City of Cathedral
City, on Karen Street, southeasterly of Paradise way, was received by the City of Cathedral
City from the following record owners of both of the said parcels:
Property Descriptions and Owners:
Applicant "A":
Lot 30 of Cathedral Canyon Plaza, as shown on the map filed in Book 36, at
Pages 31 and 32, inclusive, of Maps, recrds of Riverside County, California;
Owner: Gershwin Malcolm Haltman and Ellen Eloise Haltman, as Trustees under
a Revocable Living Truust dated 9-26-1989 executed by Gershwin Malcolm
Haltman and Ellen Eloise Haltman as Trustors and as 6riginal Trustees;
Address: 39142 Karen Street, Cathedral City CA 92234
Assessor Parcel No. 686-283-005; and
Applicant "B":
Lot 31 of Cathedral Canyon Plaza, as shown on the map filed in Book 36, at
Pages 31 and 32, inclusive, of Maps, recrds of Riverside County, California;
Owner: Daniel E. Young, a married man as his sole and separate property;
Address: 39162 Karen Street, Cathedral City CA 92234
Assessor Parcel No. 686-283-006.
A legal description of the two (2) adjusted parcels, Parcels "A" and "B", marked Exhibit
"A", is attached hereto and made a part hereof. •
A sketch of the two (2) adjusted parcels. marked Exhibit"B", is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
The said application has been duly reviewed in accordance with the Municipal Code of the
City of Cathedral City, and the parcels as adjusted conform with the City General Plan,

applicable Specific Plans, and the City Zoning Ordinance.
Lot Line Adjustment No. 2023-544 as described and shownton said Exhibit"A" and Exhibit
"B" is hereby APPROVED, subject to the recordation of a deed or deeds to effectuate the
lot line adjustment within ninety (90) days of the recordation date of this Notice. If this lot
line adjustment is not effectuated within the ninety (90) day period, then this approval may
be considered null and void.
Development of the adjusted parcels described herein or their further subdivision or
adjustment may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grants of approval. The
two (2) adjusted parcels described herein may not be divided or adjusted further without
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and the provisions of the Cathedral City Municipal
Code.
