GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
JIAN LI and KAREN FENG, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants,
hereby GRANT to the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement for public street and public utility purposes over, under, across and through
that portion of Lot 16 of Tract No. 3697, in the City of Cathedral City, County of Riverside,
State of California, per map recorded in Book 62,at Pages 12 and 13, of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California, as more particularly described in
Exhibit"A", and depicted in Exhibit"B", which are attached hereto and made a part hereof.

PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CUP 18-021A
That portion of Lot 16 of Tract No. 3697, in the City of Cathedral City, County of Riverside,
State of California, per map recorded in Book 62, at Pages 12 and 13, of Maps, in the office
of the Recorder of said Riverside County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 16;
Thence, along the Southwesterly line of said lot, North 70° 06' 05" West, a distance of
155.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northeasterly and having a radius
of 20.00 feet;
Thence, Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00", an arc
length of 31.42 feet to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 16;
Thence, along said Northwesterly line, North 19° 53' 55" East, a distance of 3.00 feet;
Thence, leaving said Northwesterly line, South 31° 03' 42" East a distance of 26.99 feet to
a line parallel with and 6.00 feet Northeasterly of said Southwesterly line;
Thence, along said parallel line, South 70° 06' 05" East a distance of 154.04 feet to the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 16;
Thence, along the said Southeasterly line, South 19° 53' 55" West a distance of 6.00 feet
to the Point of Ending.
Containing 1142 square feet, more or less.
Subject to covenants, conditions, rights, rights of way and easements of record.

KAREN FENG, Grantors, to the City of Cathedral City, a Municipal
Corporation, Grantee, for a public street and public utility easement on a
portion of Perez Road is hereby accepted by the City Clerk of said City on this
