The meeting was called to order at 2:00 PM by Mayor Rita Lamb.

A. Staffing Review of the Financial Services Department
Recommendation: This item is presented for information, discussion and
direction only.
Kevin Biersack, Financial Services Director, provided an overview of the
Financial Services Department, including the divisions, the responsibilities of the
divisions, staffing, goals for 2023 and proposed staffing additions.
Council provided comments and asked clarifying questions, which were
responded to by staff. This item was presented for information and discussion
only, there was no formal action taken.
ADJOURN
Mayor Rita Lamb adjourned the Special City Council Meeting at 3:01 PM.
