Important notice to owners, urchasers, tenants, lenders, brokers, escrow
and title companies, and all other persons, regarding affordable housing
restrictions on the real property described in this Notice: t
Restrictions have been recorded with respect to the property described below
(referred to in this Notice as the "Property' which restrict the price and terms at
which the Property may be rented. These restrictions may limit the rental of units
on the Property to an amount which is less than the fair market value of the
Property. These restrictions limit the income of persons and households who are
permitted to rent units on the Property. :

Redevelopment Agency of the City of Cathedral City (the "Agency "); and
Terracina Cathedral City Apartments, L.P., a California limited partnership
( "Owner").
Legal Description of Property: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
Street Address of Property: 69 -175 Converse Road, Cathedral City, CA 92234
Assessor's Parcel Number of Property: 673250015 -5
Summary of Affordable Housing Restrictions:
This Document restricts the amount of rent which ma y charged be char ed for rental units on
the Property to affordable rent, as that tern is defined by California Health and
Safety Code section 50053, and in accordance with the terms of the Affordable
Housing Restrictions and applicable law.
This Document restricts the income level of persons who may rent units on the
Property to persons or families of low or moderate income, as that term is defined by
California Health and Safety Code section 50093, earning less than sixty percent
(120%) of the current annual median income for the Riverside County area, adjusted
for family size appropriate to the unit.
Term of Restrictions: Fifty -five (55) years, commencing on December 16, 2010
and terminating on December 15, 2065.
This Notice does not contain a full description of the details of all of the terms and
conditions of the Affordable Housing Restrictions. You will need to obtain and read
the Affordable Housing Restrictions to fully understand the restrictions and
requirements which apply to the Property.
