GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
TERRY IRELAND, Trustee of the T. W. Ireland Revocable Living Trust dated April 28,
1992,
hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement for public street and public utility purposes over, under, across and through
that portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 12088, as per map filed in Book 68, Page 36 of
Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California, as more
particularly described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

EXHIBIT A
An easement for public street and public utility purposes over, under, across and through
that portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 12088, as per map filed in Book 68, Page 36 of
Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California, being a
uniform strip of land, 6.00 feet in width, adjoining and lying Southerly of the North line of
said Parcel 3, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 12088;
Thence, North 89° 57' 01" East, along the North line of said Parcel 3, a distance of 275.93
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southerly and having a radius of 450.00
feet;
Thence, Easterly along said curve, through a central angle of 19°57' 35", an arc distance of
156.76 feet;
Thence, continuing along the North line of said Parcel 3, South 70° 05' 24" East, 121.27
feet to the Northeast corner of said Parcel 3;
Thence, South 19° 53' 22" West, along the East line of said Parcel 3, a distance of 6.00
feet;
Thence, North 70° 05' 24" West, parallel with the last mentioned North line, 121.27 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southerly and having a radius of 444.00 feet,
said curve being concentric with the above mentioned 450.00 foot radius curve;
Thence, Westerly along said curve, through a central angle of 19° 57' 35", an arc distance
of 154.67 feet;
Thence, South 89° 57' 01" West, 275.93 feet to a point on the West line of said Parcel 3;
Thence, North 00° 02' 59" West, 6.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 3,318 sq. ft. more or less.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Grant of Easement
dated March 23, 2022, executed by TERRY IRELAND, Trustee, Grantor, to the City of
Cathedral City, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, for a public street and public utility
easement on a portion of Perez Road, is hereby accepted by the City Clerk of said City
on this 18th day of April, 2022, pursuant to authority granted by the City Council of said
City, by Resolution No. 82-13 made on the 3rd day of February, 1982, and the Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by said City Clerk, its duly-authorized officer.
