RELEASE NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the completion of the conditions and requirements of said Covenant on Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 27302, the City of Cathedral City, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby release from the provisions of said Covenant all those parcels and lots as described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto.
