That certain Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents, payable only upon sale or transfer, recorded
04/04/2011 in the Official Records of Riverside County, California, as Official Document 2011-0147909
against Daniel F. Chandler, an unmarried man and David C. Bowden, an unmarried man, as joint tenants
is hereby released by the City of Cathedral City as Housing Successor to the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Cathedral City.
The real property affected by this release is described as follows:
The Southerly 30 Feet of that Certain Parcel of Land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 5 South, Range 5
East, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Cathedral City, County of Riverside, State of California Described as Parcel
2 in the Grant Deed Recorded December 29, 1997 as Instrument No. 474018 Official Records of Said County.
Containing 3620 Square Feet, More or Less. As More Particularly Shown on Exhibit"B"Attached Hereto and by this
Reference Made a Part Hereof.
