CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Grant of
Easement dated '601\ 7L , 2021, executed by CATHEDRAL
CANYON INVESTMENTS, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company,
Grantor, to the City of Cathedral City, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, for
a public street and public utility easement on portions of Perez Road, is hereby
accepted by the City Clerk of said City on this 7 day of Mtti\A ,
