I. Welcome — Charles McClendon, City Manager
City Manager, Charles McClendon, welcomed those in attendance. He stated that the
newly elected Councilmembers as well as the existing Councilmembers were invited to
participate in the workshop so that everyone is provided the same information.

City Manager Charles McClendon
City Clerk Tracey Martinez
II. Council Orientation conducted by Charles McClendon, City Manager
City Manager Charles McClendon provided an overview on the following list of topics
and provided clarification and examples, when requested by the members of the City
Council:

There were no members of the public that joined the meeting that wished to provide
Public Comments.
IV. Questions and Answers
Mayor Pro Tern Raymond Gregory indicated that he would like to start rotating the
responsibility of the invocation to each member of the City Council. He stated that this
can be done in whichever manner the Councilmember would like as long as it falls
under the established rules. There were no additional questions that were asked by the
members of the Council.
