RELEASE OF AGREEMENT CONTAINING COVENANTS

That certain Covenant Running with the Land, payable only upon sale or transfer, recorded October 16,
1996 in the Official Records of Riverside County, California, as Official Document 395851
against Faustino Armendariz and Alicia Armendariz and Francisco Armendariz is hereby
released by the City of Cathedral City as Housing Successor to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
