an easement for sidewalk and pedestrian purposes over, under, across and through those

through 7, inclusive, of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, as more
particularly described in Exhibit"A", and depicted in Exhibit "B", which are attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Grant of
Easement dated June 9, 2020, executed by Mayan Properties, LLC, a
California Limited Liability Company, Grantor, to the City of Cathedral City,
a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, for a sidewalk and pedestrian easement on
Bankside Drive, north of East Palm Canyon Drive, is hereby accepted by the City
Clerk of said City on this ¶L41 lay of i. i ; , , 2020, pursuant to authority
granted by the City Council of said City, by Resolution No. 82-13, made on the
3rd day of February, 1982, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by
said City Clerk, its duly authorized officer.
