NOW THEREFORE, the Successor Agency of the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Cathedral City ("Grantor") hereby remises, releases and forever quitclaims to the City of Cathedral City("Grantee"), all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described on Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Rescission is given and accepted as such in order to rescind the Original Quitclaim Deed.
