TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
This Temporary Construction Easement is entered into by and between Howard L. Fisher as Trustee
of the Howard L. Fisher Trust Under Instrument Dated April 17, 1998 called Grantor, and the City
of Cathedral City, hereinafter called Grantee.
For a valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Howard L. Fisher as Trustee
of the Howard L. Fisher Trust Under Instrument Dated April 17, 1998 hereby GRANTS unto
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT in, over,
under and across the real property in the County of Riverside, State of California described as
follows: Exhibit "A", Legal Description; and depicted in Exhibit`B", Plat Map, attached hereto and
made part hereof.

It is understood that said temporary construction easement shall extend for a period of(44) months
commencing forty eight (48) hours after Grantee provides written notification to Grantor of its

At the expiration of the Temporary Construction Easement, Grantee shall restore such property to a
condition as near as practicable to the condition that existed immediately prior to Grantee's
operations.

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Being a portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 29370, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 197
of Parcel Maps, at Pages 39 through 41, inclusive, in the Office of the County Recorder of
Riverside County, State of California, lying within the northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 4
South, Range 5 East, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Parcel 1, said point also being on the south right-of-
way line of Gerald Ford Drive, having a half-street width of 44.00 feet as shown in said Parcel Map
No. 29370;
thence leaving said northeast corner of Parcel 1 South 40°40'34" East 35.55 feet to the east line
of said Parcel 1, said point also being on the west right-of-way line of Date Palm Drive, having a
half-street width of 55.00 feet as shown in said Parcel Map No. 29370;
