Fisher as Trustee of the Howard L. Fisher Trust Under Instrument Dated April 17, 1998 called Grantor, and the City of Cathedral City, hereinafter called Grantee. For a valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Howard L. Fisher as Trustee of the Howard L.
