FULL RECONVEYANCE
VESTIN MORTGAGE, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, as successor by conversion
of Vcstin Mortgage, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Trustee"), as the duly appointed and present trustee
under that certain Construction Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rent and Security Agreement
executed by Rio Vista Nevada, LLC a Nevada limited liability company, as Trustor, which was recorded
on February 3, 2004, as Instrument No. 75872, in the Official Records, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Riverside County, California (the "Deed of Trust"), encumbering the real property described
in Exhibit A attached hereto, having been requested in writing, by the holder of the obligations secured
by said Deed of Trust, a written request to reconvey the estate granted to Trustee under said Deed of
Trust, DOES HEREBY RECONVEY, without warranty, all the estate, title and interest acquired by
Trustee under the Deed of Trust.
