FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

easement and right of way for public highway and public utility purposes, over, under,

Riverside County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 306; thence, North 89° 55' 30" East, along
the North lines of said Lots 306 and 307, a distance of 124.22 feet, to the beginning of a
tangent curve, concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence,
Easterly, Southeasterly and Southerly along said curve, through a central angle of 90°
06' 15", an arc length of 31.45 feet, to a point on the East line of said Lot 307; thence,
thence, South 00° 01' 45' West, along said East line, 7.00 feet; thence, North 47° 24'
16" West, 34.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant Southerly 4.00 feet,
measured at right angles, from the said North lines of Lots 306 and 307; thence, South
89° 55' 30" West, along said parallel line, a distance of 119.22 feet to a point on the
West line of said Lot 306; thence, North 00° 01' 45" East, along said West line, a
distance of 4.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by CDL
Development, LLC, a California limited liability company, Grantor, to the City of
Cathedral City, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, in a Grant of Easement for
public highway and public utility purposes, dated February 9, 2016, is hereby
accepted on this X3'2 day of buU , 2016, pursuant to authority
granted by the City Council of said City by Resolution No. 82-13, adopted on the
3rd day of February, 1982, and the Grantee consents to the recordation thereof
