GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
GRIT DEVELOPMENT, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company, which took title as
WESSMAN HOLDINGS, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company,
hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement and right of way for public highway and public utility purposes, over,
under, across and through those portions of the Northeast quarter of Section 33, Township
4 South, Range 5 East, San Bernardino Meridian, and Lots 10, 11 , 12, and Lots "Z"
(Second Street), "G" (Allen Avenue), and "AA" (Third Street), of Cathedral City, as shown
on the map filed in Book 13, at Pages 24 through 26, inclusive, of Maps, Records of
Riverside County, California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A", which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
SUBJECT TO easements, encumbrances, covenants, conditions and restrictions of
record.

FROM GRIT DEVELOPMENT, LLC
Parcel 1: The West 10.00 feet of the following described portion of the Northeast quarter of
Section 33, Township 4 South, Range 5 East, San Bernardino Meridian:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot "G" (Allen Avenue) of Cathedral City, as per map filed in
Book 13, at Pages 24 to 26, inclusive, of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, as vacated
by Resolution of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors recorded July 29, 1955, as Instrument
No. 49723 in Book 1774, Page 40, of Official Records of Riverside County, California.;
Thence, South 89° 57' 26" West along the North line of said Lot"G", a distance of 40.00 feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot"AA" (Third Street) of said Cathedral City, said point being the True Point of
Beginning;
Thence, North 00° 02' 34"West along the Northerly prolongation of the East line of said Lot"AA"to
a point on the North right of way line of the Cathedral Canyon Channel;
Thence North 69° 59' 21" West along said North line of the channel a distance of 28.11 feet;

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by Grant of
Easement by GRIT DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a California Limited Liability
Company, dated August 1, 2019, GRANTOR, to THE CITY OF CATHEDRAL
CITY, a Municipal Corporation, GRANTEE, is hereby accepted by the City
Clerk of said City on this day of a*O\)(V , 2019, pursuant to authority
granted by the City Council of said City, by Resolution No. 82-13, made on the
3rd day of February, 1982, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by
said City Clerk, its duly authorized officer.
