This Clarified and Corrected Certificate of Compliance for Final Parcel Map Waiver
No. 97-237 is being recorded to clarify and correct the legal descriptions and parcel
ownerships of the parcels as described in the Certificate of Compliance for Final
Parcel Map Waiver No. 97-237 recorded on October 8, 1997, as Instrument No.
365977, in Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside
County.
WHEREAS, an application for the division of Lot 52 of El Rancho Grande, as per map
recorded in Book 29, at Pages 85 and 86, of Maps, into two parcels was received by the
City of Cathedral City; and
WHEREAS, said application and Tentative Parcel Map No. 28126 for said division was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Cathedral City by its Resolution No.
P95-690, adopted on March 2, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the said subdivision of land complied with all the requirements as to area,
improvements and design, floodwater drainage control, appropriate improved roads,
sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability and environmental protection as
required by the City Subdivision Ordinance and the State Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS, the said Planning Commission Resolution therefore waived the requirement
for the filing and recordation of a final parcel map, subject to the preparation and
recordation of a Certificate of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, a Certificate of Compliance was duly prepared and recorded on October 8,
1997, as Instrument No. 365977, in Official Records of Riverside County, and
WHEREAS, the legal descriptions and sketches of the two parcels contained in the said
recorded Certificate of Compliance have caused confusion and problems with the title
and public records relating to the ownership of the two parcels.

parcels created by the said Certificate of Compliance, this CLARIFIED AND
CORRECTED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FINAL PARCEL MAP WAIVER No. 97-
237, and the legal descriptions for the two parcels, designated herein as Parcels 1 and 2,
as shown on the attached Exhibits"AA-1" and "AA-2" and depicted on the attached Exhibit
"B", are hereby approved by the City of Cathedral City, and the current property owners,
as listed and attached below, approve and consent to the filing and recordation of this
Clarified and Corrected Certificate of Compliance and the legal descriptions contained
herein.
