CORRECTIVE GRANT DEED
This CORRECTIVE GRANT DEED is made on January 17, 2017 between the CITY OF
CATHEDRAL CITY AS HOUSING SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FORMER
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal
Corporation, and CITY URBAN REVITALIZATION CORPORATION, a California Non-
Profit Public Benefit Corporation.
The parties to this Corrective Grant Deed caused the recordation of that certain "Grant Deed" in
the Riverside County Official Records on December 15, 2016, as Instrument No. 2016-0559234.
The sole purpose of this Corrective Grant Deed is to correct the Assessor's Parcel Number for
Parcel 2 as noted on the attached corrected Exhibit"A."
