THE LAND AND GRANT OF LIEN
That certain Covenant Running with the Land, payable only upon sale or transfer, recorded 06/22/95 in the
Official Records of Riverside County, California, as Official Document 200536
against Robert E. Hansel and Kathrine Lynn Hansel is hereby released
by the City of Cathedral City as Housing Successor to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Cathedral
City.
