Dear Ms. Meilinger,
Pursuant to the Management Agreement by and between the City of Cathedral City and Playa
Del Sol Development Co, Inc. ("AGENT") effective November 1, 2015 through October 31,
2018, for the exclusive management of property known as the Fire Station Commercial Building,
27620 Landau Boulevard, Cathedral City, California, please let this serve as Notice the City
wishes to exercise its ability to extend the term of this agreement for an additional thirty-six
months to October 31, 2021. Although the City did not provide notice by the July 31, 2018 due
date, Playa Del Sol has agreed to continue the management of referenced property under the
same terms and conditions as outlined in the Management Agreement.
