13, at Pages 24, 25 and 26 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 127;
Thence, South, along the West line of said Lot 127, a distance of 20.00 feet;
Thence, Northeasterly in a straight line to a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 127,
distant thereon 20.00 feet Southeasterly of the most Northern corner of said Lot 127;
Thence, Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line of said Lot 127 a distance of 20.00 feet
to the Point of Beginning.

CATHEDRAL CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, GRANTEE, is hereby
accepted by the City Clerk of said City on this ' day of 2018,
pursuant to authority granted by the City Council of said City, by Resolution No.
