between the following described two (2) adjoining vacant Tots, located east of Date Palm
Drive and south of Valley Center Boulevard, in the City of Cathedral City, was received by
the City of Cathedral City from the following record owner of the said lots:
Lots 5 and 6 of Tract No. 24515, as per map filed in Book 237, at Pages 32
through 38, inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside
County, California. APN 670-020-016; APN 670-030-013 and 027.
Record owner: Katrina B. Heinrich -Steinberg, an unmarried woman
A legal description of the two lots, as adjusted, marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
A sketch of the two lots, as adjusted, marked Exhibit "B", is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
The said application has been duly reviewed in accordance with the Municipal Code of the
City of Cathedral City, and the Tots as adjusted conform with the City General Plan,
applicable Specific Plans, and the City zoning ordinance.
Lot Line Adjustment No. 2014-476 as described and shown on said Exhibit "A" and Exhibit
"B" is hereby APPROVED, subject to the recordation of a deed or deeds by the record
owner(s) to effectuate the lot line adjustment within six (6) months of the date of approval
of this adjustment. If this lot line adjustment is not effectuated within the six-month period,
then this approval shall be considered null and void.
