Re: Planned Service Agreement Renewal

We have completed the maintenances on your heating and air conditioning systems as of May 2015.
The cost to continue the agreement for another year with service four times a year is the same as last
year,$5,200.00.This can be billed out at$1,300.00 after each service.
Service to include:
• Replace or clean filters
• Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
• Check operating pressure and temperatures
• Check for proper operating voltage/amp draw
• Test system safety devices
• Lubricate moving parts as needed
• Inspect the blower assembly
• Check blower speed
• Inspect the wiring and control circuit
• Check thermostat operation
• Check coil temperatures drops
• Check electrical connections
• Cycle equipment to check for proper operation
Your regular schedule maintenance will continue unless we hear from you.
