The motion carried with all ayes. Estrada, Director Absent: Ed Pack, Director Jim Barret, General Manager Mark Johnson, Director of Engineering Heather Engel, Director of Communication and Conservation • STATEMENT OF PARTICIPATION (DEPUTY CITY CLERK) 1. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public. 2. ITEMS TO DISCUSS The following listed items were discussed between the City Council, Board Members of the Coachella Valley Water District and Staff from both organizations. There was no formal action taken. A. Introduction of Council Members and Board Members B. Coachella Valley Water District Presentation - Cathedral City Activities Update Mark Johnson, Director of Engineering CVWD, gave a presentation on the projects and activities taking place in Cathedral City related to the CVWD. C. North City Infrastructure D. Sewer Connections in Developed Areas of the City E. CVWD Turf Rebate Program Heather Engel, Director of Communication and Conversation, CVWD, gave an overview of the Turf Rebate Program that they offer as well as some of the other water saving programs they offer to their customers. F. Discussion on Water Overuse Penalties ADJOURN Mayor Pro Tem Greg Pettis adjourned the Special Joint Meeting between the Cathedral City City Council and the Coachella Valley Water District Board at 7:30 p.m. STANLEY E.
