GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CITY URBAN REVITALIZATION CORPORATION, a California non-profit corporation,
hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement and right of way for public highway and public utility purposes, over,
under, across and through those portions of Lots 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 94, 95, 97, 98,
99, and 100, and of Lot "H" of Cathedral City, all as shown by map filed in Book 13, at
Pages 24 through 26, inclusive, of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, as
more particularly described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
SUBJECT TO easements, encumbrances, covenants, conditions and restrictions of
record.
