City Urban Revitalization Corporation,a California non-profit corporation
the following real property in the County of Riverside,State of California:
That certain property in the City of Cathedral City,County of Riverside, State of California,being Parcel "B"of that Notice of
Approval of Lot Line Adjustment No.2017-492,recorded on June 12,2017,as Instrument No.2017-0233603 in Official Records of
Riverside County.
SUBJECT TO all easements,rights of way,covenants,conditions,restrictions,reservations,and other matters of record,and the
following:
1.Grantee covenants and agrees for-itself,its successors,its assigns and every successor in interest to the Property,or any part thereof,
that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person,or group of persons,on account of any basis listed in
subdivision(a)or(d)of Section 12955 of the Government Code,as those bases are defined in Sections 12926 and 12926.1, in
subdivision(m} and paragraph(1)of subdivision(p)of Section 12955,and in Section 12955.2 of the Government Code,or in
connection with domestic arrangement, in the sale,lease,sublease,or other use of the Property.Grantee, itself or any person claiming
under or through it,shall not establish or permit arty such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the
selection,location, number,use or occupancy of tenants, lessees,subtenants,sublessees or vendees of the Property.
2.All deeds,leases or contracts pertaining thereto shall contain or be subject to substantially the following nondiscrimination or
nonsegregation clauses:
(a)In deeds: "The Grantee herein covenants by and for itself,its successors and assigns,and all persons claiming under or through
them,that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of,any person or group of persons on account of any basis listed In
subdivision(a)or(d)of Section 12955 of the Government Code,as those bases are defined In Sections 12926 and 12926.1,in
subdivision(m)and paragraph(I)of subdivision(p)of Section 12955,and in Section 12955.2 of the Government Code,or in
connection with domestic arrangement, in the sale, lease,sublease,transfer, use,occupancy,tenure,or enjoyment of the premises
herein conveyed,nor shall the grantee or any person claiming under or through the grantee,establish or permit any such practice or
practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection,location,number,use or occupancy of tenants, lessees,
subtenants,sublessees,or vendees in the premises herein conveyed.The foregoing covenants shall run with the land."

(b)In leases: "'The lessee herein covenants by and for itself,its successors and assigns,and all persons claiming under or through
them,and this lease is made and accepted upon and subject to the following conditions:
That there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of,any person or group of persons on account of any basis listed in
subdivision(a)or(d)of Section 12955 of the Government Code,as those bases are defined in Sections 12926 and 12926.1,in
subdivision(m)and paragraph(1)of subdivision(p)of Section 12955,and in Section 12955.2 of the Government Code,or in
connection with domestic arrangement, in the sale,lease,sublease,transfer,use,occupancy,tenure,or enjoyment of the premises
herein conveyed,nor shall the grantee or any person claiming under or through the grantee,establish or permit any such practice or
practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection,location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees,
subtenants,sublessees or vendees in the premises herein conveyed.The foregoing covenants shall run with the land."
(c) In contracts: "There shall be no discrimination against or segregation of,any person or group of persons on account of any basis
listed in subdivision(a)or(d)of Section 12955 of the Government Code,as those bases are defined in Sections 12926 and 12926.1,in
subdivision(m)and paragraph(1)of subdivision(p)of Section 12955,and in Section 12955.2 of the Government Code,or in
connection with domestic arrangement,in the sale, lease, sublease,transfer,use,occupancy,tenure,or enjoyment of the premises
herein conveyed,nor shall the grantee or any person claiming under or through the grantee establish or permit any such practice or
practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location,number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees,
subtenants,sublessees or vendees in the premises herein conveyed.
The foregoing covenants shall run with the land.The foregoing provision shall be binding upon and shall obligate the contracting
party or parties and any subcontracting party or parties,or other transferees under the instrument.
3.No violation or breach of the covenants,conditions,restrictions,provisions or limitations contained in this Grant Deed shall defeat
or render invalid or in any way impair the lien or charge of any mortgage,deed of trust or other financing or security instrument,
provided,however,that any successor of Grantee to the Property shall be bound by such remaining covenants,conditions,restrictions,
limitations and provisions,whether such successor's title was acquired by foreclosure,deed in lieu of foreclosure,trustee's sale or
otherwise.
4.The covenants contained in this Grant Deed shall be binding for the benefit of the Grantor and its successors and assigns,and such
covenants shall run in favor of the Grantor for the entire period during which such covenants shall be in full force and effect,without
regard to whether the Grantor is or remains an owner of any land interest herein to which such covenants relate.The Grantor, in the
event of any breach of any such covenants,shall have the right to exercise all of the rights and remedies,and to maintain any actions
at law or suits in equity or other proper proceedings to enforce the curing of such breach as provided by law.The covenants contained
in this Grant Deed shall be for the benefit of and shall be enforceable only by the Grantor, its successors and assigns.The City of
Cathedral City shall be deemed to be an assignee of all rights afforded Grantor in the event Grantor ceases to exist as a legal entity.
Note:This grant deed implements the revised lot configurations pursuant to Lot Line Adjustment No. 17-492 as approved by the City
of Cathedral City.The primary function of this deed is to provide constructive notice of the revised lot configurations pursuant to
Government Code Section 66412(d),and to perfect the intent of the Lot Line Adjustment 17-492 as approved.

An application for Lot Line Adjustment No. 2017-492, for the adjustment of property lines
between the following described two (2) adjoining parcels, located southerly of East
Palm Canyon Drive, west of Perez Road, was received by the City of Cathedral City from
the following record owner of the said parcels:
Property Description:
Parcels 6 and 7 of Parcel Map 36428, in the City of Cathedral City. County of
Riverside, as shown by map on file in Book 235, Pages 69 through 71. inclusive, of
Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, California.

Record Owner of Parcels:

A legal description of the two parcels, as adjusted, marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
A sketch of the two parcels, as adjusted, marked Exhibit"B", is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
The said application has been duly reviewed in accordance with the Municipal Code of the
City of Cathedral City, and the parcels as adjusted conform with the City General Plan.

Lot Line Adjustment No. 2017-492 as described and shown on said Exhibit"A"and Exhibit
"B" is hereby APPROVED, subject to the recordation of a deed or deeds to effectuate the
lot line adjustment within sixty(60)days of the recordation date of this Notice. If this lot line
adjustment is not effectuated within the sixty (60) day period, then this approval shall be
considered null and void.
Development of the adjusted parcels described herein or their further subdivision or
adjustment may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grants of approval. The
